Rabbi Yosef Khakshoor is the founder and director of Kol Torah Center and has devoted over two decades to Jewish education, outreach, and community leadership throughout Los Angeles. Ordained at Yeshivat Ner Israel Rabbinical College of Baltimore, he is also a certified Mohel, Sofer, and Shohet. Through his inspiring teaching style and pioneering outreach work on public high school campuses, Rabbi Khakshoor has impacted countless students and families, building a vibrant community rooted in Jewish pride, values, and purpose.
Mrs. Devorah Khakshoor has dedicated over 20 years to Jewish education, mentorship, and outreach, inspiring young women and families through her warmth, wisdom, and leadership. A UCLA graduate with a B.A. in Psychology, she teaches classes on self-worth, relationships, and Jewish values while also helping develop educational programming and curriculum at Kol Torah Center. Passionate about empowering young women, she is devoted to instilling confidence, strong Jewish identity, and purpose in the next generation.
An educational leader with nearly 30 years of experience, Dr. Isaac served as principal of two Los Angeles girls’ high schools from 2001–2014. As Director of Education at SOS Education, she specializes in WASC accreditation, instructional coaching, and school improvement — bringing both professional depth and personal insight as the mother of eight children educated in Jewish private schools.
